Returns & Refunds Policy

At Motionless, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent returns and refunds process. Please read the policy below carefully.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition and packaging
  • Have all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Be returned within 48 hours of delivery

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept the return.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Accessories marked “non-returnable” on product page
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. You will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Attach clear photos showing the issue
  • We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund

Motionless will cover all return shipping costs for such cases.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–15 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If the item does not pass inspection, we may reject the refund request and return the item to you.

  1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors
  • A replacement for a faulty or incorrect item

Exchanges depend on product availability at the time of request.

  1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  1. International Returns

Customers outside Nigeria must ensure:

  • Items are shipped using a tracked courier service
  • All return shipping fees, duties, or customs charges are covered by the customer

Motionless is not responsible for lost return shipments.
